Refund & Cancellation Policy

TMGO.TO is a paid subscription service from Team Moore LLC. This page summarizes how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. Our full End User License Agreement governs and controls if anything here conflicts with it.

All sales are final

All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or proration for:

• cancelling or choosing not to renew your plan;
• ending your subscription early;
• unused time, seats, or features;
• dissatisfaction with the service; or
• suspension or termination of your account for violating our terms.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your subscription automatically renews each term until you cancel, and your payment method is charged at the start of each term. Cancel before your current term ends to avoid the next charge. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the term you already paid for.

Exceptions

We issue refunds only where required by law. Any refund or credit we choose to give is a one-time courtesy and creates no obligation or precedent.
