# Refund & Cancellation Policy

TMGO.TO is a paid subscription service from Team Moore LLC. This page summarizes how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. Our full [End User License Agreement](/legal/eula) governs and controls if anything here conflicts with it.

## All sales are final

**All fees are non-refundable.** We do not provide refunds, credits, or proration for:

- cancelling or choosing not to renew your plan;
- ending your subscription early;
- unused time, seats, or features;
- dissatisfaction with the service; or
- suspension or termination of your account for violating our terms.

## Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your subscription **automatically renews** each term until you cancel, and your payment method is charged at the start of each term. **Cancel before your current term ends to avoid the next charge.** After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the term you already paid for.

## Exceptions

We issue refunds only where required by law. Any refund or credit we choose to give is a one-time courtesy and creates no obligation or precedent.
